Midwest Tube Acquisition Company, L.L.C., an Indiana limited liability company, owner Richard L. Russell is pleased to announce the acquisition of J&J Tube, Inc. a long-time competitor of Midwest Tube Mills, Inc. J&J Tube is located in Dunneville, Kentucky and specializes in steel tubing.

Mary Beth Boone, Director of Marketing and Public relations said "the Acquisition is complete today. We are immensely proud of this marriage of these two important Industrial Manufacturing Steel Companies, Midwest Tube Mills, Inc. and J&J Tube, Inc."

J&J Tube was founded in March of 2000.

We welcome J&J Tube, Inc into the Midwest Tube Mills, Inc. family. The facility will change its name to Midwest Tube Acquisition Company, L.L.C.

Richard L. Russell will take over as CEO, bringing with him his current staff of specialists and departments. Midwest Tube Mills, Inc will continue in its current location in Madison. Madison will continue as the Company headquarters.
