CEO and Owner Rick Russell RecognizedBusinessman of the Year Award The National Republican Congressional Committee recently recognized Richard L. Russell as Businessman of the Year at its March Dinner "United to Victory with President George W. Bush". A reception was held in Washington, D.C. to honor all award recipients and to network with America's top business leaders and members of Congress in an informal setting. A legislative update of 2005 and what's to come in 2006 was reviewed as well as discussion on tax reform, health care reform, tort reform, and energy reform. A question and answer session followed with an emphasis on taxes, regulation, and economic stimulation; with alternative strategies to lower costs.
